Lessons’ cancellation policy

First lesson is free of charge. We provide this opportunity to get to know and schedule our next meetings.
There is a prepayment of all the services that is not refundable.
Language and cultural courses should be prepaid of the hole month or for the scheduled package you have booked, before starting the lessons. You can cancel a lesson 24 hours before it starts with no charges. If the cancellation is after that time, then the lesson is considered that happened and the full amount of the hour is charged. If there is a very serious circumstance that obligates you not attending the lesson (injury/serious illness) you will not be charged.
If you prepay scheduled lessons for a certain period and in meantime you decide that you want for any reason to stop, then the payment is kept. This is because your slot has been kept and other students have been rejected.
If you would like an invoice for the services that we provide, please ask us to provide you.
Tutor is obligated to wait for you in class (online or in person) up to 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time. After that period, tutor can leave the lesson/meeting and the time is fully charged considering that the lesson happened.

Trips’ and activities’ policy

When you want to book a trip package, you need to pay 1/5 of the whole amount into five days from the time you decide to take part in. This is due to reserving your seat because small groups are provided and there is a long waiting list for others to attend. In case of booking a trip and you cancel it 4 months before it takes place, then you may have a refund of the 2/3 of the amount you paid (prepayment is not included). Otherwise, the payment is kept. Payment should be given in 1 or 2 installments (one into 15 days after you book your seat and the last one 30 days after that). In any case, it should be before the trip takes place, otherwise there is the possibility of missing your place. In case of booking an activity, you should install the whole amount in one deposit at least 20 days before the scheduled activity takes place.
You should be 1,5 hours before the ferries depart at the scheduled meeting point in case of a trip and in case of an activity you should be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the activity starts.
After the activity/trip has started the guide is not responsible of waiting or contacting you and there is no refund of your payment. Although, if there is a serious problem you can have a refund.
In case of serious problem happened to the instructor/guide, you might have another instructor/guide to assist you.
Before you book an activity or a trip it is recommended to provide us with information about your physical health and fitness.
You might be excluded from the activity during it, if the guide judge that you are unable to continue or that the activity would put you or someone else into danger based (mostly) on your physical health.
In any case, by accepting terms and conditions, you agree that we bear no responsibility for your health and for whatever could happen during an activity or a trip.

All the activities, tours and seminars are conducted by licensed and certified experts and tour guides

*What it is included on trips: organization and last-minute alternations of the trip (if necessary), feedback before and after the trip, 24/24 native person guiding you, seminars and courses, extra material for study, (if an activity is not included into price you will know in advance and in any case before you book the trip), transportation into the islands or to the mainland (it is not included ferry tickets and airplane tickets), some snacks and coffee.
*What it is not included on trips: personal expenses, health insurance of the trip, tickets to and from Greece, tickets to arrive in destination, hotels, fees in archaeological sites, meals and drinks, personal expenses, tips.

There is a possibility of private tour, after request.
All the activities, tours and seminars are conducted by certified experts and tour guides.
